Alan Hongsathavij is a Legal and Tax Adviser based at our Bangkok office. His areas of expertise include legal and tax deal advisory matters with an emphasis on the Personal Data Protection Act, eCommerce, and FinTech matters for various leading International and local corporations. He additionally has experience in advising high net worth individuals and family businesses, advising on market entry, tax and regulatory compliance. He has conducted legal and tax due diligence on target companies, drafted and reviewed contracts in respect of M&A transactions and has extensive experience in preparing initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Alan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Thammasat University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Queen Mary University of London with a specialization in Banking and Finance. He is fluent in Thai and English.
