Monthly Taxes
Due to the delay of the Khmer New Year holidays until August the General Department of Taxation has issued Notification No. 19959 on the 14th of August 2020 which has extended the deadline for the filing of the monthly tax returns and monthly tax payments for the month of July 2020.
The new deadline for the July monthly tax returns and payments is Friday the 28th of August 2020 and for those taxpayers who use the E-Filing system, the deadline is Sunday the 30th of August 2020.
Tax Registration
Also issued on Friday the 14th of August 2020 was a new Prakas on Tax Registration and Tax Updates (Prakas No. 701) which we will issue a more detailed update on shortly.
