DFDL Myanmar Partner and Managing Director William D. Greenlee, Jr. has contributed an article entitled “Legal wheels turn for foreign investors in Myanmar” to the latest edition (Volume 7, Issue 3) of the China Business Law Journal.
The article discusses how Myanmar markets are opening up to international interests. Mr. Greenlee writes that while the legal environment is still in early stages of reform and modernization, the country presents a significant opportunity having seen pro-foreign investment-oriented laws issued and implemented in the past few years.
